THE CEREMONY
Pre Ceremony: Steeldrum duo performer for a max 1 hour
Music coverage of your Wedding Ceremony from when the guests and Groom arrive at the wedding venue to set the musical backdrop
and get everyone in a calm and relaxing anticipative mood;
Bridal Party Entrance: Entrance of the bridesmaids and the grander entrance of the bride; the walking down the isle of the Bride.
We will also include the signing of the register and the music to set the departure of the newly weds and guests away from the ceremony.
This can be recorded music of your choice, played through our quality digital PA system, or include the wonderful tropical sounds of live Caribbean Steel drums and percussions
– or a combination of both!!
DRINKS (CHAMPAGNE) RECEPTION
Music throughout the champagne drinks reception and while photographs are being taken provided by Steelasophical Steeldrum Solo or Duo options.
Can be indoors or outside. Imagine immersing you and your guests in that perfect musical atmosphere;
entertain your guests as they mix and mingle and at the same time provide the perfect musical backdrop for all those photographs with family and friends.
The provision (at no extra cost to you) of a recorded music service during any short performance break,
allows for the perfect mood created, to be maintained, replacing what would be a wall of silence,
with a continued, full and uninterrupted music backdrop for you both, family, friends and guests
Punctuality and reliability expectations:
Arrival 1 hour prior to start time: we look to arrive in very good time allowing for any unforeseen hold ups en-route.
In reality we aim to arrive at least 2 hours in advance or 3 hours in advance for DJ service
We are also flexible enough to start earlier if the wedding party happen to arrive earlier at the reception location
TOTALLY ACOUSTIC
This option is a completely acoustic setup
with no electricity required.
